These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products by Ebookly LTD.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed on the website Ebookly. By ordering, you accept them without reservation.
2. Products
All products are digital (e-books, guides, courses, bundles) and are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are placed online and paid by card via our payment provider Stripe. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. An order is final once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
After payment confirmation, the products are made available for download. An email containing the download link is also sent to the address provided.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, digital content supplied immediately is not subject to the right of withdrawal once downloading has begun. You acknowledge and accept this before completing your order.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
Ebookly LTD provides its products for informational and educational purposes. Results may vary from one person to another. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
8. Intellectual property
All content (texts, designs, illustrations) is the exclusive property of Ebookly LTD and may not be reproduced or resold without prior written authorisation.
9. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where Ebookly LTD is established. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
